our Firma roast is a masterful blend of coffee from Fazenda Bom Jesus and Fazenda São Lucas, two farms owned by the Lancha Oliveira family. With a coffee heritage that spans nearly 150 years, Flavia and Gabriel Oliveira continue their family’s proud tradition, alongside their sons Lucas and Gabriel Jr., who bring fresh energy and commitment to the farms.
Nestled in the Alta Mogiana region, one of Brazil’s most renowned coffee-growing areas, Labareda Regional showcases the distinct qualities this region is famous for: a striking aroma, velvety creamy body, and an unforgettable flavour profile.
Cultivating the Mundo Novo and Catuai varietals, Fazenda São Lucas adheres to the rigorous standards set by the Alta Mogiana Specialty Coffee Association (AMSC). Lucas’s commitment to responsible farming includes ethical practices from hand-picking the coffee cherries to sustainable farm management, including the use of a small herd of cattle for compost production, enhancing the farm’s sustainability.
